Prism Certification
The Prism Certification journey is designed to give you the knowledge and experiences needed to confidently use Prism for the growth and development of others.
In this course, you will learn the theory behind each Prism module and how it’ll the traits and attributes show up in real life. You will have the opportunity to practice “reading” sample profiles and connecting the dots between modules for additional insights.
As part of this experience, you will receive a 1:1 debrief with one of our expert faculty coaches and practice coaching fellow participants through their own Prism profiles.
This program consists of 10 “live” program hours spread out over three sessions and includes six hours of reading, viewing, reflection exercises and comprehension quizzes as homework in between sessions.
Prism Certification is accredited for 16 hours of continuing coaching education through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Society for Human Resources (SHRM).

PAIR AND TEAM INSIGHTS:
Using the SurePeople platform as a delivery tool with underlying innovative data and technology applications, Prism is a powerful intervention for pairs and teams. Prism Portraits are comparable side-by-side or in aggregate as a team roll-up for gaining insights on team culture, communication, conflict, and more.
INTERPRETIVE:
Prism integrates seven modules to create a dynamic snapshot of a person at a moment in time. The multi-layered and interpretive nature of the tool allows for the complexity and, at times, conflicting aspects of human personality.
MULTIPLE LENSES:
Because the Prism Portrait is a multi-layered combination of modules, it provides individuals with a series of lenses for self-awareness that may be more or less of a priority depending on where they are at and what they are going through at that moment in time.
